Scribbles of Sanity
Helping women reconnect with themselves and find calm, clarity, and grounding through gentle reflection.
Hey, I’m so glad you’re here.
At Scribbles of Sanity, I help women who feel a bit lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in the noise of everyday life find their way back to themselves.
I believe we all carry a quiet strength even when it’s buried under responsibility, grief, or self-doubt.
My mission is simple: to create calm, compassionate spaces where words and reflection help you breathe again… where you can pause, make sense of things, and start feeling more like you again.
Every space I hold is designed to help you leave a little lighter, clearer, and more grounded than when you arrived.
-

Through coaching and writing circles, I help women untangle the noise, rediscover themselves, and step into lives that feel lighter, truer, and full of possibility.
I help women who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in the “noise” of life find their way back to themselves.
I believe in the quiet strength we all hold, even when it feels buried under responsibility, grief, and self-doubt.
MY COACHING METHOD
-

RELEASE
Let go of what’s weighing you down — the old stories, self-doubt, guilt, and expectations that keep you small.
Together we’ll create space for you to breathe, reflect, and meet yourself where you are without judgment or pressure. -

RECONNECT
Once there’s space, you can finally hear your own voice again.
Through guided reflection, writing, and coaching, we’ll reconnect you with your values, strengths, and the woman buried underneath the noise of life. -

RISE
From that place of clarity and connection, you can begin to rise — slowly, intentionally, and in your own rhythm.
You’ll rebuild confidence, take aligned action, and start living in a way that feels meaningful, joyful, and authentically yours.

Soul Scribbles – February | Self-Love (Without the Cringe)
Soul Scribbles is a gentle writing and visualisation circle for women who want to reconnect with themselves and explore self-love in a way that feels grounded, honest, and real.
This isn’t about affirmations, fixing yourself, or forcing positivity.
It’s about slowing down, creating safety, and learning to listen to yourself again, especially if you’ve spent a long time in survival mode, caring for others, or feeling disconnected from who you are.
Through guided journaling prompts, gentle grounding techniques and soothing guided visualisation, you’ll be supported to process what you’ve been carrying, soften your inner dialogue, and reconnect with yourself with more compassion and self-trust.
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to perform healing, and no need to have the “right” words. Just space, structure, and permission to meet yourself where you are.
In person sessions are limited to 12 to keep the circle intimate.
